My phone came in the mail and I got kicked out right before recieving it im being told that it was never there but someone activated it nd is using it won't answer my call they keep forwarding my call me I'd like to know where my phone is

Received a call from this number and upon answering the call s****ed with a robo recording marketing some form of Medicaid****istance. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and when one finally answered after 5 minutes she sounded extremely confused, babbled, and then ***g up on me! I have also received several calls in the last few weeks from different phone numbers that s**** with the same robo recording. Ironically all the cell numbers were local area codes and ALL s****ed with the same first 3 digits in MY cell number

My son got called by this number and was told about Barack Obama loving proativ! So odd! Who is this?!
