The call is on a network separate from my actual phone network. The call has the ability to affect outgoing calls by terminating the call as completed. This is very strange. If the phone is turned off and turned on, the number appears on the screen as "phone services".

i too have gotten at least twenty calls from this number wanting me to send them a visa card for a so called loan i don't remember ever getting and they are not giving me  anything thing to prove this no paper work just calls...
