This caller recently called me telling me that they have one of my pets, he went missing a few weeks ago, saying that my pet is ok but he is going to **** it. I tried to call this number back and it was out of service even though I called back seconds after they called me

Called me at two locations as I was visiting people known to me. I am going to the police as I am fairly certain someone is following me I have no idea why!
