Missed the call. I keep losing minutes over calls like these.

NCC Collection Agency - They called me over a car that was repoed in 1993. I filed bankrupcy that year because my husband got everything of value in my divorce and I got all the bills. That year I lost everything including the car this collection agency is trying to collect on (the amount they are trying to collect is less than $800-I owed more on that car I don't know where they got that amount from). Aren't there laws a***nst them trying to collect on old bills? 4 years ago a collection agency told me they couldn't collect on bills over 7 years old when I pointed out the bill he was trying to collect on was 11 years old he ***g up and NEVER called back. If someone knows the laws on how old of bill they can try to collect on, please post that information.  The guy at NCC got hostile when I told him not to call here a***n. He got very loud and told me that he's going to keep calling til I learn to pay my bills then he ***g up. FYI I do pay my bills but the bill your trying to collect on was written off 15 years ago.  A class action suit sounds great!

Why ARE NOT the Feds doing ANYTHING about these ANNOYING callers?     It seems to me that the "Do NOT Call" listings at the fed, and STATE levels ARE SELF EVIDENT.  Stop, Cease, DESIST!!     What PART of NO do these people NOT UNDERSTAND?????????!!

calls from this number come in close to 8 am- close to 9 pm. The name of the calling party does not leave a name or do they do not leave a message.As a person on the Do Not Call List this should not be allowed. The calling company should be slapped with a heavy fine, then I think they will not harrass people and would not have all the compliants a***nst them.We need a class action suit a***nt them!!!!!!!

570-347-1149 just called me, when I answered they didn't say anything. I believe this is illegal (harassment.)

Caller leaves message "this is a message for [my name] this is Nancy from N (or M?)CC. Please give me a call at [number] extension X."Likely another collection agency trying to pin bills on someone who doesn't owe (i.e. scam). *Sigh* Once I checked the local public court records for judgements a***nst individuals with my name and was shocked at how many were bad debts. Ack! No wonder I get these calls - someone with a similar name (if not the same) (but not me) had a bad debt at one time -- the collectors buy the debt and phone away...Sometimes having a common name is the pits!
