She asked me if I’m a homeowner, then she said f… you *****. Not sure what she’s selling but stay away people

caller repeatedly called to discuss the "banner" on the top of my electric bill. I told her i was not interested and ***g up, she immediately called back and insisted i talk to her. I told her she can email me with information with the email on my account and ***g up. She then called my cell number 3 times in a row.
