Scam to get unto your computer to steal your info. Number tied to name below from Clarks Summit, Pa. but make caller us either ****stani or Indian who has called me many times before representing himself as being from Windows IT offering to help resolve your computer problems. Total BS and scammer! Very irritating but this time a different number and name on caller ID.
