They are a debt collector for many they say and one of them is for Columbia House they are very rude to you on the phone.

I told them they had the wrong number but they kept calling - about once per week.  Each time I waited to tell them the person they wanted didn't live here and I never heard of them.  I did this three times. One of the VoIP features I have - many of you do - is to block an incoming number.  Just block the number(s).  It worked for me!

These people continue to call even after I have told them that I do not owe that bill. I have proof of id theft and that bill is not mine. I have asked for a supervisor, never one around. I have filed with the FTC and OH AG, still the calls persist. I am not in good health to begin with and this does not help. Is there no way to stop these people?

Its in Alexandria City, a landline owned by NATIONSLINE ******IA, INC. It is a Latino Owned Debt Collection Agency

ARM calls from several numbers at all hours.  When you answer the phone, they say if you are ___________, then press #1.  Then you are on hold after they have called you.  After that, you find yourself on the phone with some ***** who cannot even*****ounce your name.  This has been going on for months.   I agree with ****ed Off II.  Good luck, scbuff, these people are idiots.

Caller leaves no message on the Answering Ma****e. I see no reason to answer anyone who is incapable of Speach! Caller ID indicates: "ARM"

This number has called several times and once I answered the phone. They were looking for somebody I did not know. I told them that but they refused to listen to me. I had to even fax them a notice to NOT call a***n, but they ignored my complaint.
