Calls with recorded messages that stop when they detect they are beig recorded

Caller ID just displayed "571-431-1844" - left no message but a return call identified the number as Merits Research - a market research data collection company- They indicated that they are exempt from the DNC list, as they are not a tellamarketing firm, but they DO have their own dont call list that you can add your number to by calling 800-864-8601.

This number calls my phone once or twice EVERYDAY.  If answered, they are rude, demanding and abusive.  They need to stop.  Don't know where they got my number. Don't know the person they demand to speak to and won't stop calling, even though I have told them not to call my number a***n.

they said that I submitted my information online, I never did.  They then continued to ask me general insurance questions, politely of course i responded, but after I had a question of my own and they never allowed me to speak and just rudely  ***g up.They claim they r known as "Alliance Health"They also called me today with a different number at early hours 757-743-1063

Anyone else getting calls from this number? I'm so sick of these telemarkters and scammers pretending to be someone else. The FTC, phone companies needs to do so****ing. Is there a website that will show who's calls without having to pay?

Received calls from this number several times.  I noticed some of the comments indicated the calls were identified as advertising, Unknown Name, NCO, etc.  When I received my calls, "Sales Dept" came up on my caller ID.

I just got a call from +57 14311629. I****umed that it was 571-431-1629 in that form. I Googled the number and it showed that is was from Columbia. I got a call from this number yes****ay and one just right now. People need so****ing better to do with their lives.

VASPASP s****ed calling me in June and they're still calling.  First thing in the morning to the last call in the evening.  Won't leave a message on the answering ma****e...and I won't answer it.  Way too many calls like this one are calling me.  I've made a list of unrecognizable numbers that call, that I do not answer.  They stop for a while, but then s**** up a***n.  The phone companies have to do so****ing about these annoyances.
