This phone is a valid number for the Department of Revenue. It is a call center which they are on a hotline.  You can call the State operator and they can comfirm that this is a valid number.  They are trying to get ahold of someone at that number becasue of either a income tax or business tax debt.

It's the Missouri Department of Revenue. You obviously owe them money if they called you. I owe them monthly payments and missed last month, that is why they called me.
