I got the same thing.  1:52 pm on Thursday 11-5-09 in Va. A man says*****o, its a bad connection. I say hi. I hear another*****o!  Then click up.  I call back twice immediately and am told that the number is disconnected.  So I reckon he is getting his jollies off of trying to scare people.Caller ID: 5735817845

Same story as everyone else. Guy called, said*****o, then nothing. He didn't **** up, it was more like he was muted. I finally ***g up and googled the number.Lowlifes with nothing better to do!

I received a call from this number. A woman left a voice mail saying, "Hey, this is Kelly a***n. Just checking in to see if you got any letters from your credit card companies talking about increasing your minimum payments or your interests rates and I wanted to follow up with you about that program with the non-profit where we can lock in rates as low as 1.9% and possibly cut those minimum payments in half for ya. But I do need to talk to you soon about that, so give me a call at 1-800-978-4586 and ask for Kelly. A***n, that number is 1-800-978-4586 and I hope to hear from you soon."

Caught the end of the voicemail, she said call an 800 number back and ask for Kelly.  I went to whitepages.com to check a reverse phone lookup.  I think it is Harley Littrell of Mexico, MO.  You can check yourself to be sure.  There were a couple names listed. Surprised the number wasn't private!

Number just showed up...didn't answer...glad I didn't after reading this...

Got a call from number 573-581-7845, in which a male voice said so****ing i could not understand and when i asked who is calling they ***g up.When i tried to call the number back I got a recorded message saying the number was out of service, even though they had just called me.

Called my cell & a man said "hello" then ***g up. I called it back & it's disconnected.  Odd!

Same here - got a "uh*****o" then nothing.  They ***g up shortly thereafter.  Number's now blocked...

got a message in a woman's voice about lowering my credit card rate. clearly a scam. just ignore it.

male voice said hi, ***g up or muted, same as other accounts related to this number.  i am affraid.

Female voice, called on my cell phone, (did not answer it because I did not reconise the number) and they left a message about lower interest rate credit card. My number is supposed to be on the mobil phone do not call list. So much for that.

Same here, the guy said hi and his voice cut off. The phone call was still connected but it seemed like he put it on mute.  I ***g up and he hasn't called back.

Its a scam. They have some voicemail interest rate to propose to you.  They want you to call the 800 number back.  100%scam
