Brian Stevens gave me a "final" call offering me a lower interest rate on a credit card I am supposedly making minimum payments--ON MY CELL PHONE!

The 'caller' left a voice mail about being able to cut down on my credit card bills since I was only paying the minimum on my cards. The card company was never revealed..I never pay the minimum.....The call was from missouri. another cold call from a card company.The call was a recorded call but meant to sound like a live call.

I will contact the Better Business Bureau and my phone company to remove this nuisance #.

I answered, the caller waited about 10 seconds, said "uh...hello" then waited 10 seconds and ***g up.

called, said*****o, waited, ***g up.

Calls and says: "Hello" but nothing else. After a minute it ****s up. EW

Said*****o then ***g up

This # would be on my caller ID, but when i would call back it showed it had been disconnected.

I just missed this call.  I've called back a few times in the last few minutes and just get a rapid busy signal.

I had the same experience. Very weird.

I just got the same phone call  and it says its disconnect.  It was a man's voice saying*****o and then he would not say anything else.

just got a call from this number...."hello?" i said.  an older-sounding gentleman who sounds surprised i answered manages "aah, hiii."  then he seems to fade out so a***n i say "hello" just a bit louder...a***n "hello"....he either ****s up or call is disconnected.  i try to call him back three times and i get the "this number is not in service" message.  twilight zone *****s.

I also received a call from the number...but I don't have any bills to pay.

If it was a collections call, wouldn't the caller want to try to actually collect?

It's a collections call people.  Most of these are.  Pay your bills.

Called and ***g-up after 15 seconds.
