I got perverted texts from this number too! Awful, explicit, even spelled out "sounds." tracked it down to a Jonathan David Welter from Chaffee Missouri. Wouldn't listen when I told him to stop. He has bothered me a lot-each time trying to have text ***. This guy is extremely perverted!
