Received a text from this number saying “Hey! I am trying to speak to the owner of [an address]. Is this them?” The property listed is my mother’s property, and I haven’t lived there in 15 years. My guess is they are just messaging people are phone numbers****ociated with addresses found using a google search.

No voicemail left. Local number.

Called as if they were a technician from UCLA Health.
