number keeps calling but will not speak.

I don't know him and he didn't leave a message If he isn't a scammer he could have said sorry wrong number

Received a call from 931-840-9532 with same announcement of my winning one of four prizes.  I'm supposed to call back 888-578-1482 to find out which prize I definitly won.  Googled "SMG explorer" which led me to this site and confimed my thoughts of a scam.

Caller left a message no name for recipient and said you are a finalist - call Jim Chow ext 0 asked me to call

You are a finalist to win a ***nd new SUV! We've made several attempts to contact you. This is our final attempt.

Ben Chow called me from Sweepstakes Pro (on caller id). I'm a "finalist" in an sweepstakes I entered (but I didn't) and I was supposed to call as this was their last attempt to contact me. Pretty humorous. Obviously a fraud.Google Ben Chow sweepstakes and find other numbers/fraud they are perpetrating. Many complaints are on this site as well - just different phone numbers.

"Jim Blue" left a voice mail saying I was chosen as a "finalist for a sweepstakes to win a Ford Explorer or Lincoln Navigator" and that it would be in my best interests to call him back to confirm my entry.  He never said my name and I have not entered any sweepstakes in 10 years.Interestingly, he called a few months ago and left exactly the same message.His message said it was imperative to call him back at 866 414 2022 ext. 0.

Left voice message stating that I won a SUV or (can't remember other vehicle type) and  that it would be in my best interest if I returned the call. (I never entered the contest or whatever this is.)
