These people who were the former owners of this property fixed up this house, without permits, and did an half-assed job. There are only 5 grounded outlets in this home, the kitchen floor tile is really wall tile so everytime we drop so****ing the tile *****s. Shortcuts were made abundantly throughout this home. The pipes under the kitchen sink are NOT EVEN connected - it is going to cost over $200 just to fix that!!! The house was listed as being over 2200 sq ft, when according to the deeds on the house it is only 2088 sq ft. So the Adams couple who owned this home, are liars, jacked up the price over ^0% of what it was worth. I call that price gouging!!! There were many other shortcuts taken when they "remodeled" this home. We, as the buyers of this property feel victimized, and the formal owners should step up and pay for over 1/2 of the bills it will take to bring the house "up to code" and we are not above sewing them!!!
