I Need A Phone Number And Name

These stinking people from India have called for 3 months and left no message. Today they called 5 times and left no message.  I have reported this to the do not call registry many times, but the DNCR is a joke because they can't trace a fake caller ID call.  Our government has made fake caller IDs legal, so there is no way to stop these people.  I use coldcall blocker to send them a fax tone after the first ring. THis is the only defence we have a***nst these scamming fake caller ID users.

Number was my moms number who p***** away 4 years ago and it's still disconnected and I got a call from it today.
