I just recieved a call from this number almost exactly as below. A guy named Roy Anderson( extremely hard to understand Indian Accent) told me that within the next 5 days I will be arrested at my job. He told me that I was being charged with some federal charges s****ing from a payday loan that I never recieved. This guy was very threatening and did not want to answer any other questions from me. I recently filed a chapter 13 in which I listed any loans that I might have had into my repayment plan. This guy said that that did not matter and that I should Pray to God for help. These guys are a joke don't they realize that Bankruptcy is a federal court case. If they call you I would not worry. Ask them questions and ask them to provide you with proof and they will back off.

My call was from Anthony Miller (with an India accent) stating it is of importance that I that he hears from me or my attorney of record. It is a time sensitive issue and that I should not disregard his call. If he does not hear from me or my attorney then all he can do is wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me. I have had this person or persons like him call so many times over the last 2 years it is not funny. The message they leave is of a "threatening" nature in that they make you think you might be in major trouble. You are not it is a SCAM. I spoke to one of the callers once and told him he was full of S%#T and he got very nasty. I ***g up on him as he had called both my cell number and my place of business (which is illegal) harassing me. He then proceeded to call me 20 times in a row at work, I would ignore the call and a few seconds later he would call a***n. At first I just ignored the call but finally after a few mins of the nonsense picked up and told him that it was illegal for him to call me at work and harass me. I was calling the cops to report the number. He argued with me and I ***g up. He blocked the caller ID and I s****ed getting the restricted/unknown caller ID for about another 3-5 mins one call after another. Finally he stopped that was about 4-6 months ago. Yes****ay I got a call/message on my cell & work and the exact scripted message was left on both. The call came in from US Cellular 580-372-2828. MAJOR SCAM...ignore/**** up/delete messages. Do not reply to these people, do not give them the satisfaction.
