Is not the person it says owns the phone

I just recieved a call from this number almost exactly as below. A guy named Roy Anderson( extremely hard to understand Indian Accent) told me that within the next 5 days I will be arrested at my job. He told me that I was being charged with some federal charges s****ing from a payday loan that I never recieved. This guy was very threatening and did not want to answer any other questions from me. I recently filed a chapter 13 in which I listed any loans that I might have had into my repayment plan. This guy said that that did not matter and that I should Pray to God for help. These guys are a joke don't they realize that Bankruptcy is a federal court case. If they call you I would not worry. Ask them questions and ask them to provide you with proof and they will back off.

Keep getting a call from this number EVERY Friday night for over a month now at the EXACT same time(almost MIDNIGHT!!!) every time, asking for Theresa?  The number says that is a U.S. Cellular number from Hugo, OK.  We tell them every time wrong number and have even yelled and cussed, but they KEEP calling?  Who are these people?????
