When I questioned whether he/she is a scammer, the conversation turned from nice to VERY NASTY

Agent Ronald McCain wants information to s**** a big cash gift from CDBG says he/she is in Washington DC. Wants Mothers name, wants my name, wants name of my phone carrier, wants my address, and more stuff. They will only text, don't know if they are telemarketer.

He tried to get me to buy an ebay card qnd send him the information to send it to him.. Now he wants me to get a bank account because my bank account is wrong to him.. I think this is a scammer and I'll be sending this number and name to the authorities..
