They are calling about a legal matter that I’ve been involved in and have two addresses on file for me

Anonymous SCAM call - Recording from "Walmart" about a "headset" being ordered for over $1,500 on my account. To press zero now, or call back this number. I have no pending orders on my Walmart account, but I changed PWs and added 2FA to my account.

Why is it that a lot of times when sear****g a number it comes up with zero information on every category, so then why am I paying for a service that gives you zero information.
