Anonymous This person texted my spouse claiming their name is Trisha and they received my spouse’s phone number from . They said they were looking for volunteers with a trans youth sports league. I then texted this person asking how they got my spouse’s phone number from me when I had never heard of a trans youth sports league in my area and the texter said “oh, I got the number from _______” (someone with my same first name). I played along and tried to volunteer, and they said that was great and they’d text me details but they never replied after that. It was disturbing enough that my spouse got a text using their first name but also stating that they reached out because they got the info from me. Also a really bizarre scam to pretend to be from a trans youth sports league (research tells me that this does not exist anywhere near my area).

Told me I needed advise for law. Never once broken the law.
