FIRST- Report this to your LOCAL POLICE/SHERIFF DEPARTMENT.  Then contact the FBI.  Provide nthe FBI the case# u opened up with local police.  If the person contacts you a***n ask him for his FULL RANK, DEPARTMENT and Supervisor's name.  Then provide that to police/FBI as well.  DO NOT WORRY-THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!Make sure you keep any recording/VM from this guy and provide that to Police.
