Joe Billings This phone number is from a man who claims to be from Publishers Clearing House. He said I have won 2.5 million dollars, $7,000 a week for lifetime, and a ***nd new Mercedes Benz. He has already scammed me for $11,000 for a tax stamp. He is now asking me to send $52,000 to insure the money. He asked me to send an SMS text attachment of my Driver's License front and back and I did so. He said if I told anyone I have won, the promised winnings would be void because the winnings are to be a surprise , publicly. He also claims to be and speaks as if he is a Christian and that he is my guarding angel throughout the winning process.
