Got a call this morning from this number. Didn't answer. I'm thinking it was spam, as I don't have any contacts in Rochester, NY.

kixfan They call several times a day on my bill and it shows call forward and I get charged a minute. Call forwarding is off on my phone. AT&T has no idea why this is happening. The number never even rings through on my phone!

I asked if I could take a message and they wouldn't, said they would call back at a better time.  If they can't leave a message they don't need to call back.

Man with an accent from India asked me if "so and so" was there, a person I do not know. When I said no, he does not live here, the man asked if this was the number he called and gave my correct number, I told him a***n that "   " did not live here and ***g up.
