They pretended to be represent publishers clearing house . I was supposed to be the million dollar winner. I bought steam cards of $500.00 and the bank had to put a lock on my account. the had pictures of a new Ford Bronco with my name on it too. Want to find more about this person. How do you report steam card theft?
