I got a call this morning after posting my resume on Careerbuilder.  I could barely understand the message.  Losers for giving people false hope in this economy!

ladyofthehook yea i also recieved calls from this guy except his name was don marcus the last time n peter brown the first. what can i do about these calls. he said he was Florida n State Investigation Department. im in oregon n havent been in Fla in almost three years. whtat can i do or how do i find out about this?

Just got a call from 585-797-0501 -- when i asked to take a message they **** up. I called the number back and stated to put my card number in.  I get a call from them everyday.

They call almost every day. ID just says New York 585-797-0134. Never say anything when I answer.

Prank call

Called my home number at 1:05 PM and went on about helping me with my credit card interest rate and how this was the last time this offer would be offered.Funny thing is I have no credit cards.  I wanted to talk to a live body and let them know I am reporting them to the State Attorney General and to not call anymore. Could not get a live person. I have many calls like this coming out of Florida also. These scammers need to be stopped. I am on a the National Do Not Call register also!!!

A mechanical voice comes on in the middle of a recorded message saying it's my last c****e to get my card at a 6 percent rate - and to press 1 to speak to a live operator and press 2 to discontinue the call.  I called back and the phone rang 20 times with no response.  I am amazed as "private caller" (which I also have on my phone) usually does not list the calling number under the Private Caller listing - whereas this one did.  W***ver it is, I'm not amused, and if it continues I will be even less in the mood for laughing.  Wish some people would either grow up - stop playing with a telephone - or go get a real job.  Wonder what "card" they were calling about.
