Person keeps calling my employer concerning a financial debt, I am not sure for what. The secretary says they are very rude and has asked them several times to stop calling.

WhatBureau I got a call from this number and they say I owe some payday loan. They refuse to give me any information. I ask them questions and all they say if I am going to pay it or not and that he is not going to make me do so****ing I dont want to and they only give me until today to make a decision.

this person is involved in MANY scams...if you were smart enough to google the number you are smart enough to avoid any involvement, conversation, etc. with this person.  it goes far beyond your wildest imagination....
