Anonymous curious as to why I would dream about him as I have not seen or heard from him in many years.

Someone using a dead guys name to rip off everyone. The name shows up as Rogers Paul from Michigan ?

SPAM!! I’m continually getting calls from variations of this number. All have the same area code and usually the same prefix then the last 4 c****e up a bit. Every time I check these numbers they are all from the same carrier. And whenever I’ve tried to call them back it goes nowhere
