I was just****igned a new phone number approximately 10 days ago, and have been getting two or three calls a day from this number. No message is left on my ma****e, just an open line sound w/no background noise. Also, the first two times it called, I did answer and got no response. I also have tried calling it back to see who the number belongs to, and get the same message indicating the number has been disconnected or is out of service.
