I just got a call from this number this afternoon.  A ******* the other end stated that I had won two free memberships to Powerhouse Gym.  I asked her how she got my cell number and she told me that someone had filled out a form with my number on it in one of their boxes.  I told her I wasnt interested and ***g up.

They told me they were from planet fitness and I won a free 2 yr membership for 2 people. It would cost $9 per month maintenance fee.
