keeps calling our home phone.  We don't answer and no message is ever left.

1/24/09 7:48PM  I just received four calls in a row from this number with a recorded message advising me that my Visa card had been deactivated and to "Press one to contact security dept".  Needless to say I ***g up but everyone needs to be aware of this.

I have received several calls from this number, including TWICE today within about five minutes - same person even.  "Horizon Technologies."They won't stop calling.  This is ESPECIALLY annoying as they're calling my CELL phone.

My 78 year old mother has received numerous calls from these people asking for money for garbage bags and ziplock bags they've sent without her ordering them.  They take advantage of older individuals and bully them into paying for the merchandise.  They are a complete scam and no one should send them money.
