Caller tells me I am entered in contest to win 1 million dollars. However they need to know what credit card I use and when I tell them I have no credit cards, they ask if I have a debit card. They offer me magazines I do not want or do not need. When I decline the offer I am told I no longer qualify for the million dollars. I thought federal law states you do not have to buy anything to qualify for a contest.
