This man called and texted me relentlessly after I told him that I had hired someone else to take care of my black mold. He attempted to discredit the other business and used scare tactics to make me hire him. I paid about a third of what he wanted and got a certificate from a licensed contractor. He kept telling me that the company I used was not licensed and that I was throwing my money away.
