This number called at 15:45 on a Thursday afternoon (23 April 2020). I answered the call after 2 rings, but when I said "hello" twice, i got no response. The only thing I heard was at the very beginning, when my voice ec***d a little bit for about one second, but that's the only thing I heard before I ***g up. Seems like a spam/robo call to me.
