This call isn't spam, it's a call from the insurance/benefits provider Fidelity NetBenefits. The call has most likely originated from some sort of request you've made regarding your insurance/benefits.

Caller ID says Fidelity Investments. Two calls a few days apart. No message left. Suspect spam.
