I'm getting the same thing as Bruce and I did just apply for long term care.  No way to answer the call that quickly and they don't leave a message.

This phone number has been calling my cell phone number everyday, several times a day.  When I answered it once, the call disconnected.  I finally called back and got a LIVE person.  They indicated that it was an auto dialing system for a customer that supplied my number.  I asked them to delete me from the auto dialing set up at once
