This is a number I was told to call regarding a check waiting for me at customs at JFK. The call was from a David Bernard of Bernard and****ociates who said his group was an agent for claiming and****isting in payment of a gift and luxury tax prior to receiving the check. I find it odd that the web site For Bernard and****ociates does not match up and that the supposed NYC company has a Vancouver BC Ca***a source.
