Our call display says that is an Out of Area call. I am speculating it is coming from Victoria and is a LD call to Vancovuer. We got multiple calls from this and it is apparently an inappropriate use of tax payer money where the government is trying to pesuade us to support HST. It clogs up my answering ma****e.
