They called today and the voice messaged was basically yelling at me that this was their 2nd attempt and that I needed to respond immediately. I pressed #1 not knowing what this was about. She said for a car warranty, we have 3 and she didn't which one it was for, she ***g up. Great customer service?!?!?!?!??
