Mary So i received a voicemail from 605 277 8466 saying i would be arrested in 30 days. I've called multiple times and they all answer with Officer Steven with the IRS Investigations Center. Well I messed with a younger, non accented Steven so long that he admitted it was indeed a scam and then asked me what i was wearing.

this number just called me..didn't answer it. i called it back and heard a recording that said "your call is important to us.PLEASE stay on the line AND u will be transferred to the next available operator when finally got a live person -they said it was education direction and i had applied online for a college degree - i told them i did not sign up to get info on a college degree ------- that i was on the do not call registry and if they call again i will report them to public utilities commission that seemed to set the person off and they started babbling on about different laws etc so i hung up

I received 20 calls from this person. I answered one and a gal with a real strong spanish accent was on the other end. Then after that I never answered anymore but did block them. Possibly a telemarketer. Whoever this is needs to stop immediatly.

Received a call this morning saying they have my visa card on the account. they will be charging $41.95 pm for 24 months. He also said that they are giving a disc of 5$ and will be charging $35.95 totaling $862 and these are for magazines that they have sent for the last 2 years and their company paid for the last 2 years and they are trying to charge now. which i NEVER subscribed to and these magazines came in mail once in a blue moon. I even asked him do they have an online website where i can verify my subscription and he said they do not have it and they had a 30 day period where we were supposed to call back and cancel it,all this in Jan 2009.and apparently mentioned they tried to reach me and they were not able to reach me on phone .they assumed that i needed the subscription and went ahead. this is a scam. he was trying to record me and was asking for authorization for the monthly payment and trying to confuse me with word play. ensure that these people does not rob you

Just got a call from this number. I called back and the guy said something about this calling may be monitored. I told him that they called me earlier and he put me on hold. A woman answered at which point I asked, "Who is this?" She then quickly put me on hold. I hung up.

She said for a car warranty, we have 3 and she didn't which one it was for, she hung up.   Great customer service?!?!?!?!??
