What ever company is****ociated with this (605-331-2626) continues to call my cellphone number and as has been state by others, leaves no message. I am registered with the Do Not Call registry. I do wish this would end.

They s**** with "Please Hold" and then silence.

If you call the number back( it is a SD call), you can connect to Citibank Customer Service but they may not have a record of the call.  Security/Fraud department will sometimes not leave notes for them to see.  Ask to connect to Security/Fraud as they are probably the ones trying to call you.BTW leave a complaint that there was no voicemail or notes on CITI's internal site if this happens.

It's Citibank Security Department (anti-fraud unit.) I asked them how I could be sure that they were really from Citibank, they told me to call the phone number on the back of my card, and ask for transfer to the Security Department. So I did that, and was transferred correctly, ha.So, yes, please call the number on the back of your credit card, and ask for transfer.

It's CItiBank student loans. I don't get it...they call from this #, give you an 800 # to call back, but they're representatives are always busy****isting other customers. Even now, at 9:56pm! They're open till 11pm supposedly. It asks you to leave a message. I record all my calls from this company using skype. Reason being, CitiBank student loans is a very deceptive company. They lie, and there word should be taken with a grain of salt. If you have student loans with them... be careful. Do your research, you'll find some very interesting information about this company. I don't recommend CitiBank to a single soul.

I got a call from this number and they said they were from Citi bank fraud protector about a closed account.I had my account number stolen previously and was used to buy ******s and pay for sites like adultfriendfinder and overseas transactions. The account was closed and the company refunded me the money, had me file a fraudulent charges claim, then opened me a new account.I called the 1800 # on the back of my card rather than the one supplied in the message (cause I didn't have a pen handy) and they said they had no notes of anyone trying to call me this afternoon. Usually they leaven notes on the account if a call was attempted and either recieved or if a message was left.I gave them the number on my caller id and the customer service rep didn't recognize the 605 area code.What is possible, is the person who stole the number is still trying to use the closed account, and when they realized it was getting rejected, they're using the information to try and trick me into giving them my new information.If you get a call from this number and you have a citi card...CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD, NOT THE ONE SUPPLIED IN THE VOICEMAIL!!

Citi Bank is the one who call me from on this number and left me an 800 number to call back.  It was in regards to a inquiry to my account; unfortunately, I don't have an account with Citibank.

this number keeps calling my cell and my husband's cell and don't say anything when you answer...they call at least 2x a day every day!  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

STOP calling my private cell number! This number did not leave a message & I do not appreciate the usage of my minutes used by someone that SHOULD not be calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
