Android User Unsolicited call

I got charged for out of plan call - don’t know who it was

M Lee What ever company is****ociated with this (605-331-2626) continues to call my cellphone number and as has been state by others, leaves no message. I am registered with the Do Not Call registry. I do wish this would end.

This number has called my house at least 10 times today, I wanted on hold until a representative came on. She asked me my name and I told her she should know my name because she was the one calling me. Said she was from Citibank regarding my student loan which is not due yet. I told her in the past I have only dealt with Citibank and will continue to do so in the future. I also told her they needed to fix the automated system because if they kept on calling so much I was going to file a complaint.
