Capital One Auto Finance, they called me 18 times in 1 hour. I was working and could not return the call...I took a break from my meeting and called them back and got a recording and they asked me to tell them about a recent payment and my bill was 7 days late...So I told them I scheduled a payment to be paid in 4 days. Then 1 hours later, while I was in my meeting, they called 11 times in 1:49minutes. After work I called a***n and tried to speak to a live person and couldn't so I waited for them to to call and finally they did and it was a recording asking for my social or account number and I punched it in and repeated my scheduled payment earlier and then. I searched on how to speak to a live person and couldn't then the same 100 calls the next day,,,,,,is this what they use as a form of harassment. I had the money coming within my 15 day grace period and just needed 4 days and they still called liked freaks So they called for 2 more days and finally on the 3rd day, I finally got a live person and told them about my payment and then the Indian speaking man said ok.......then about 2 hours later, they called a***n and I repeated the same thing and they said ok....then 4 hours 10 minutes later another call, and the recordings s****ed a***n....Then on the payment date when the bank sent them my payment, they called all day and I told the representative that my bank had sent the payment and he said ok...yeppp, 6 hours later during my feeding my kids, they called 4 times, and on the 5th I answered and it was the recording then practically all evening until 9:00 they called many more times. The next day, I checked my phone and they had called before 8:00 twice....Finally the calls stopped.........Now I know I was late but within the grace period...I had the money coming and would of had it on the exact payment date but my son broke his leg during a baseball game, so I took the note money and paid medical expenses and later had asked my 403B account to send me money and they said in 4 days so I scheduled my payment....Its not like I didn't want to pay, but in life stuff happens and I work all the time and this was the first time I was late and Capital One knew this...Now they can call me if they want if I am late, but this was EXTREME and they could have waited 4 days to see if I kept my promise...besides I had been paying them on time for 3 years 7 months and this one time...Extreme and kind of sick...
