This is an old phone # from when he lived in South Dakota.
This is a scam call. I have received the same call twice from two different numbers. The first number was 605-413-1500 and the second one was 219-318-1200. I have recorded both messages. Not to mention the person they are threatening doesn't even live here nor do I know who the person is. It goes so****ing like, "I received an order in my office today to complete an order of several pending matters that You are currently being investigated for. I will be verifying your current address and place of employment today. In the meantime it is your responsibility and legal right to contact a plaintiff prior to being served". It continues on but not going to waste anymore time. The funny thing is after either threat with the different phone numbers they use the same Case number. Interesting??? Hmmmmmm. These people need to be shut down and the Federal Trade Commission needs to get off their duffs and do so****ing.

My First National Bank of Omaha credit card statement last month had a $9.95 charge from them as well. I'd never heard of them before and have no idea what the charge was for. While First National credited my account the $9.95, they made no effort to track down how this company acquired my card information. I am trying to pursue this with both the credit card's fraud division as well as other authorities.WJH in Michigan
I received a call at 830pm at my home. The male caller requested to speak with my ***her. I inquired what this call was in reference to. The man told me "just go get him". I paused, and then told him he needed to be more polite as he was phoning my residence at 830pm. He then cursed at me using some pretty explicit terms. At that point I ***g up on him. I called the number back using a blocked cell phone number. I then discovered that the phone number is a fax number. Certainly there needs some sort of ramifications for ****s who do this sort of thing. With reverse lookups and internet, you can find fairly easy anyone. I'm concerned about this **** calling my residence and others.
