My First National Bank of Omaha credit card statement last month had a $9.95 charge from them as well. I'd never heard of them before and have no idea what the charge was for. While First National credited my account the $9.95, they made no effort to track down how this company acquired my card information. I am trying to pursue this with both the credit card's fraud division as well as other authorities.WJH in Michigan

Same as all of the other reports on this site. Never did any on lone with this company. Don't know how my cc information was obtained. Will be contacting my bank in the morning to cancel cc.

Card # was compromised by filling out a cc balance transfer form from American Express Business.....I never use this particular credit card online its the only way someone was able to obtain it......do not fill out balance transfer forms and mail them in....call the 800# on the form and save the headache of having the daunting task of disputing the chargesTO FILE A FRAUD ALERT WITH THE CREDIT SCORE DEPARTMENTS CALL1-800-685-1111 TO PUT A 90 DAY SECURITY ALERT ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT

Same here.  10/1/08 transaction date.  $9.85. phone number with recorded voice (east indian also), web site with a link to get a refund.  Pretty shady.LA

I found the same charge for $9.85 on my card. I called the number and it was busy.

Sam **** as previous posts.  I am attorney and a cop and have never done business with this bunch.  Chase automatically provided credit.  Will make every effort to shut these *****s down.

Same thing - $9.85 charge on my VISA bill in the name of musicissimple.com with a phone number of 605-413-4743, but never heard of this outfit.  Got only a recording at their phone number when I called to inquire about the charge.  Will be canceling my VISA card and filing an FBI report.

I received the same charge on my bank card. I looked up the website and the first thing it ask if you want a refund to but your info and the last 4 of your bank card. I called and got the recording. No matter when I call I get the recording.

So****ing bad... contact the FTC.. I got hit too.

Same thing--$9.85--did get a response from [email protected] my money, but would not answer any of my questions about how they got my account number.Will be filing with the FBI and BBB today

Same charge of $9.85, I think they got my cc # from helix studios,  which is a **** site i frequent. It makes me mad.

Charge of 9.85 appeared on Chase credit card bill. I have no knowledge or authorized such billing. Called number and you just get recording.

Fraudulent charge for $9.85 on my master card noticed today, 9/19/08, transaction date 8/26/08. Charge from musicissimple.com.  Referenced to this phone 605-413-4743.  Answering ma****e with East Indian type accent at that number.

I have never heard of this company untill i got charges on my bank card from them.I dont know how they got my info and have never knew they exsisted untillnow.My phones are linked to my computer-internet carrier etc. and i have on linebanking.Watch out for them ther base out of england but have a US -S.D number igot from there con artist web site i found from ther name on my bank statment.There site is musicissimple.com as apeared on my statement. LOOK OUT FOR THESECROOKS.I called ther number and got recording but no answer during the day or night, i wish i had not even called and contacted the creeps.Its scarey how thegot my bank card number,Keep you firewalls up to date and be careful with your phone numbers if you have internet phones .
