Citibank used their bail out money to hire 15000 tele debt collectors to bully you when your payment is late (or not early). ****s!

They call at least 4 or 5 times a day, every day, even weekends, just because I was five days late with my payment. I've actually made my payment but it hasn't gone through so they are still calling! I never both answering, but occasionally they leave an automated message, which doesn't identify them, just tells me I need to call. I only know who it is because I googled the number. They're not even using real human beings to call me so that there is no one I can tell to GET LOST! because they are BREAKING THE LAW!

Calls at least 6 times a day; have told them to stop but they continue; apparently being on the do not call list is worthless.

The number is from CITI bank student loans. Even if the loan is put in by the "paid by" date they will call you non-stop until the payment goes through. I was told I have to make my payment 2-3 days prior to my due date! What is a DUE date for then???!

calls and wont identify who they are or what company they are calling on they just****ume I am who they ask for..call over 5 times a day and loans are still in deferrment since I'm in school. I have listed them as 'ignore' in my phone directory. nothing short of harrasment!!

This is the collections arm of Citibank Student loans. Usually when they call it means you are late in a payment.

No name given but it is because of my student loan with Citibank. They call every day 4-5 times a day even on weekends. It is ruthless and I am perceiving it as harassment. They are practically spamming my phone numbers.

Every time I make my payment, they always call because it takes 6-7 days to post to my account. They can clearly see my account, and that it is 'pending' but they call all hours of the day, until it posts as 'paid'.

An idiot from this 605 (605-731-3806) number keeps calling me and disconnecting!! Who are you?! I don't know anyone in South dakota! why would I? If anyone knows to which company this number actually belongs please reply!

Citibank calling regarding refinancing for student loans

They call and ask me to hold because they have an important message. They repeat this several times and then I am disconnected. I never find out who it is or the message. They called three times in less then 24 hours.

got a call from these guys twice in the last week. First call was Sunday, second call came in Wednesday. If this truly is a collection agency I have no idea why they're calling. My wife has a student loan, and I doubt she missed any payments. We have more than enough money, and avoid late payments.
