awful company don't work with anyone and harass me by phone at least 5 times a day when I am uptown date. would NEVER tell anyone to work with them for anything awful company!

over 4 calls a day for a debt thats already been settled. i told them that and they continue to call because of a computer glitch

It is citibank student loans. I an completely up to date on payments, yet they depend on a computer dialing system that will not update your file nor take your name off of their list. They call 5 - 10 times each day, staring at 8am going until 10 pm

said it was us bank student loans, but i dont have a student loan threw them.

Transworld Financial is a collection agency for Capital One. They can be very rude and are not willing to work with me at all. They told me that Capital One was threatening to sue me for money owed on an unsecured credit card... which makes no sense.. so I can only****ume that the threat came from the person who called me. I don't take well to threats, so I stopped answering ages ago. They're up to calling me 2 to 3 times every day (they even called on Christmas!!!)
