This idiot from United Nations Credit Dept" (?!) called and left a message, also he has been harrassing me at work and been very rude, yet will not tell me what he is calling about! VERY Kafka-esque. I think they just keep calling until they get some ****** people who will give them credit card numbers over the phone.

I received several calls today from this number. I was transferred to their "senior legal counsel", Mack Johnson (yeah right). I was told that an online loan company had filed suit a***nst me. I informed them that that was incorrect, and was threatened with legal action. They've called my work 4 times today. I called the company they claim to be working on behalf and was told that it was a scam and that I should file a police report. I've already filed complaints with the FTC, the BBB and the Attorney General. I've tried asking for their mailing address and they **** up on me. Total Scam.

I have also had this happen. Has anyone had any legal actions on them? I to have had this guy call and I have no idea what it is about. Same threats etc....

This guy with a heavy indian accent called said he has my SS# and that i owe him money for so****ing i did not get. My bank account has been put on hold and investigating for fraud. I do not know who this guy is and what he has to do with me. My bank says this happens alot and they are investigating this fraud. I called him back he said he had a courd doc and that i could settle now over the phone with my credit card or i can go to court. I will not give my credit card out over the phone and if he tries to use my account my back will prosecute. He will not give out any information besides united nations legal department. I think this is fraud.

Heavy Indian accent guy called my work number numerous times back to back, stating he will get me fired. He had my ss# and would not provide any of his office information. He gave me some court doc number and said, I had two options, to go to court or settle the claim in a high amount. He continues to call me at work, but without a business name, I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions. I forwarded the information to the FTC.

i had a guy call me with a heavy indian accient and he called himself officer byran taylor. he has my ss# saying i need to call him on an important bussiness matter...he said he was with united nations legal dep****ment...­.he was rude, and he had my full ss# he calls me and my gma at her house and says i need to take action or my ss# will be blocked.....

A person with a heavey Indian accent has called my phone numerous occassions and threatened me with legal action if I don't call back. He has identified himself as a "Officer&­quot; of the courts. When I confronted him on his claim, he was tapping on the phone, talking to another individual, ignoring my questions. I ***g up and so far no call back. I have saved his voicemails to my phone and if it continues, I will proceed with the proper channels.
