This number has called to speak with my brother in law every single day 3-4 times a day. Whenever I said that he was not here they would **** up on me. Eventaully I said that I was him and even though my voice is clearly not a mans voice they told me that someone had filed a law suite a***nst him and that he needed to send them money to clear this up before he was taken to court. I told them that they could call our family attorney and the man replied "why would I need to talk to him" I explained to him that if someone has filed a law suite then the attorney would handle it. We have not heard from them since. this is a scam to get money.

The name of the person calling from this number is Edmund Randolb. He is wanting me to pay back money I have not received, He is making threats of putting me in jail or go to court in order to settle this so-called debt. I have checked my bank and NO funds have been transfer to my account. I have gone back in my records for the past 8 months. Since there is no debt, there is no reason for these phone calls. He is making himself as an attorney and refused to give his ABA identification number. The scam lists have been check and found that the system he has gone through has been reported to the BBB on numerous occasions. If these call do not stop, I have intentions of suing this individual and he will have to prove that the money was deposited into my account. He is also demanding a copy of my drivers licenses which has my personal information on it as in other states. A***n, if these calls do not stop immediately, I will sue.

They called saying I owed money to some payday loan thing...I told them to get f*&^ed cuz I have never taken one out and they had all kinds of threats!! They are a**holes!!!

Received phone calls from  607-595-1741 and 516-938-7338 they are calling from the State Credit Office and need all my Information because someone in my family ows money and they wrote my phone number down to pay for it. Come on
