Leave a CommentI recieved an email from my employer from this number 6075951742 about a payday loan and they told my employer it was a legal matter. I have no idea what is going on and these phone calls need to stop.

Not only is this person running a scam, but he obviously has access to social security numbers and private phone numbers of family members. He called me several times. Identified himself as a James Hardy; stating that he was a lead lawyer with a law firm sear****g for me for a payday loan. I knew it was a scam because I have never taken out a payday loan, and the name he asked for is not legally mine. And when I asked him for detailed information he ***g the phone up in my ear. I called a***n and an American woman answered as if it was her residential phone. I have reported them to the police, phone company and the FBI
I recieved a call from an Indian man saying he was going to sue me over my son's debt that he does not have. I said **** I don't think so.His people would come and arrest me I said make my day!
I recieved a call 10 times on my land line and several at work, from an Indian man pretending to be a security offical from a credit union. He claimed I had a number of offenses a***nst my social security number, whatever that supposed to mean. He left many voicemail messages stating that I must return his call or he will have "his" police arrest me.He stopped calling then called about a week later and I told him not to call me anymore and that I called the police and filed a harrassment report. He called back after I ***g up and s****ed yelling at me so I yelled a and cused back. Hopefully he won't call a***n.
